Description
White chocolate blondies offer a creamy, luxurious dessert experience with a delicate sweetness and rich texture, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and cool in the pan. Once cool enough to handle, lift out using the parchment paper, and cut into squares.
Notes
- For a dairy-free option, replace butter with coconut oil or vegetable oil.
- For a gluten-free version, substitute gluten-free flour for regular flour.
- To avoid dense blondies, don’t overmix the batter.
- You can freeze these blondies for up to three months by wrapping them in plastic wrap and storing them in a freezer-safe container.
