Description

A refreshing watermelon berry fruit salad that combines the sweetness of watermelon with the tartness of berries, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • Fresh watermelon: 4 cups, cubed
  • Strawberries: 2 cups, hulled and sliced
  • Blueberries: 1 cup
  • Raspberries: 1 cup
  • Fresh mint leaves: 1/4 cup, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • Lime juice: 2 tablespoons (freshly squeezed)
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Select a ripe watermelon, cut it into cubes.
  2. Wash all the berries under cold water, hull and slice strawberries.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  4. Add chopped mint leaves, lime juice, and honey to the fruit mixture and gently toss.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
