  • Ground cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
  • Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup
  • Unsalted butter: 4 tablespoons (melted)
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar: for dusting (about 2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
