Ingredients
- Puff pastry: 1 sheet (thawed if frozen)
- Ground cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
- Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup
- Unsalted butter: 4 tablespoons (melted)
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar: for dusting (about 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Cut the rolled-out pastry into triangles, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Roll each triangle from the base to the tip, twisting the ends slightly.
