Description

A flavorful dish featuring Vietnamese noodles topped with lemongrass chicken.


Ingredients

  • 200g rice noodles
  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
  • Chili slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Place noodles in a bowl and top with cooked chicken.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and chili slices if desired.
