A flavorful dish featuring Vietnamese noodles topped with lemongrass chicken.
Ingredients

- 200g rice noodles
- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
- Chili slices (optional)
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Place noodles in a bowl and top with cooked chicken.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and chili slices if desired.

- Adjust marinating time for stronger flavor.
- Use more or less chili based on your spice preference.
