- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and red food coloring.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined, then fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
