  • 1 cup (175 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (175 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (for glaze)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (150 g) fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish)
  • Additional fresh raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then stir in the sugar. Allow to cool slightly before adding eggs and vanilla.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, pour the dark chocolate glaze over the brownies and drizzle raspberry sauce on top.
