- 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (150 g) fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Powdered sugar (for garnish)
- Additional fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, then stir in the sugar. Allow to cool slightly before adding eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooled, pour the dark chocolate glaze over the brownies and drizzle raspberry sauce on top.
