Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
- Add frozen peas, diced carrots, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- You can substitute cream of chicken soup if preferred.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen.
