Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
