Description
Tiramisu Cheesecake combines the rich flavors of Tiramisu and Cheesecake, with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, creamy filling, and a buttery crust.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- ¼ cup coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
- Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
- Ladyfingers or savoiardi biscuits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time. Fold in mascarpone cheese, coffee, and coffee liqueur.
- Pour half of the filling into the crust. Dip ladyfingers in coffee and layer them on top of the filling. Pour the remaining filling over the ladyfingers and smooth the top.
- Bake at 350°F for 60-70 minutes, until edges are set and center jiggles slightly. Cool at room temperature for an hour and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
- Allow cheesecake to cool gradually in the oven to prevent cracks.
- Refrigerate overnight for the best flavor.
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality coffee and cocoa powder.
- If you’re avoiding alcohol, replace the coffee liqueur with more coffee.
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing.
