- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, and mix well.
- Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Tap the pan on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Once set, remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve with optional toppings like whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate drizzle.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps.
- Don’t overmix the whipped cream as it can deflate and affect the texture.
