Instructions

  1. Prepare the tart crust if not using a pre-made shell.
  2. Make the creamy custard filling by heating cream, milk, and half the sugar, then tempering with egg yolks.
  3. Assemble the tart by pouring custard into the cooled shell and arranging the fruits on top.
  4. Chill the tart for at least 30 minutes and glaze with apricot jam before serving.
