Instructions
- Prepare the tart crust if not using a pre-made shell.
- Make the creamy custard filling by heating cream, milk, and half the sugar, then tempering with egg yolks.
- Assemble the tart by pouring custard into the cooled shell and arranging the fruits on top.
- Chill the tart for at least 30 minutes and glaze with apricot jam before serving.
