- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the shells.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- Adjust the buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
