Strawberry Shortcake Lasagna is a no-bake summer dessert made with layers of whipped cream, Nilla Wafers, and fresh strawberries.

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (plus more for dusting)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 boxes Nilla Wafers
- 1 lb strawberries, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until medium peaks form.
- Spread a thin layer of whipped cream in a 9×13 inch pan to form the base.
- Add a single layer of Nilla Wafers on top of the whipped cream, followed by another layer of whipped cream and a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layering process two more times: whipped cream, wafers, whipped cream, and strawberries.
- Top the final layer with crushed Nilla Wafers and more sliced strawberries.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to allow the dessert to set.
- Before serving, dust with additional powdered sugar and slice into squares.
Notes
- Do not overbeat the cream; stop at medium peaks.
- Ensure strawberries are ripe and sliced evenly for best presentation.
