Description

Strawberry Shortcake Fudge is a creamy, fruity no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of strawberry shortcake with the rich texture of fudge. Made with white chocolate, marshmallow crème, and Nilla wafers, it’s a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 ½ cups marshmallow crème
  • 1014 drops pink food coloring
  • 2 cups Nilla wafers
  • ¾ cup crushed Nilla wafers for garnish
  • Pink sanding sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, strawberry Jell-O powder, butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and melted.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in the marshmallow crème and pink food coloring. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour half the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out.
  5. Layer Nilla wafers evenly over the fudge base.
  6. Pour the remaining fudge over the wafers and smooth out the top.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed Nilla wafers and pink sanding sugar.
  8. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overheat the chocolate mixture to avoid graininess.
  • Use high-quality white chocolate chips for best flavor.
  • For a stronger strawberry taste, use concentrated Jell-O or strawberry powder.
  • You can substitute Nilla wafers with graham crackers for a different texture.
