Ingredients

  • Sago Pearls: 1/2 cup
  • Water: 2 cups
  • Fresh Strawberries: 1 cup, hulled and sliced
  • Strawberry Puree: 1/2 cup
  • Coconut Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sago by boiling 2 cups of water, adding 1/2 cup of sago pearls, and cooking for 10-15 minutes until translucent. Drain and rinse under cold water.
