- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for crust)

- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons Strawberry Jell-O mix
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 10-inch tart pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Add heavy cream and beat until medium peaks form.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sugar, water, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in Strawberry Jell-O mix. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream layer. Pour cooled Jell-O mixture evenly over strawberries.
- Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 to 12 hours until set.
