Instructions

- Wash and slice the strawberries. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Place one crepe on a serving plate, spread whipped cream, and layer with sliced strawberries. Repeat until all crepes are stacked.
- Chill the assembled cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Drizzle with strawberry glaze and garnish with whole strawberries before serving.
