Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna is a no-bake layered dessert made with graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake, strawberry pudding, and whipped topping—perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for crust)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounces)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 container strawberry yogurt (4.5 ounces)
  • 1 pint strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for whipped topping)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar (for whipped topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and 1/2 cup sugar. Press into a 9×9 baking dish.
  2. Bake the crust for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar until fluffy. Gradually add 2 cups heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk and pudding mix until thick. Stir in strawberry yogurt and 3 Tbsp diced strawberries.
  5. In a clean bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream with 2 Tbsp sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Assemble the lasagna by spreading the cheesecake layer over the crust, followed by the strawberry pudding layer, and finally the whipped cream layer.
  7. Top with remaining diced strawberries. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
