For the Vanilla Cream, you will need:
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Cream the butter and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in the grated apples, carrots, and soaked dates.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Prepare the vanilla cream while the cake is baking.
- Let the cake cool, then serve with vanilla cream.
