- 1 cup (240 ml) caramel sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then combine it with granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Add eggs one at a time to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then gradually add this to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and drizzle the warm caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
