Ultimate Snickers Cupcakes are rich chocolate cupcakes topped with creamy peanut butter frosting, caramel drizzle, and chopped Snickers bars. They are perfect for parties, celebrations, or satisfying a serious sweet tooth.

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup store-bought or homemade caramel sauce
- 5–6 fun size Snickers bars (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners. Line 2 more liners in a second pan for 14 total cupcakes.
- In a large bowl, whisk cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add buttermilk and mix well.
- Combine half the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently 5 times, then add remaining wet ingredients and fold until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter and bake for 18-19 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
- To make the frosting, beat softened butter until creamy. Add peanut butter and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add confectioners sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on low, then high until fluffy.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes using a piping bag or spatula.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with chopped Snickers pieces.

- Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep cupcakes fluffy.
- Cool cupcakes completely before frosting.
