- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water, cook according to package instructions.
- Heat tortillas in a separate skillet until warm.
- Place a scoop of beef mixture on each tortilla.
- Smash the tortilla with a spatula to flatten.
- Cook each side until crispy.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
