Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs: 4 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
- Barbecue Sauce: 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
- Onion: 1 medium onion, chopped
- Garlic: 3 cloves of minced garlic
- Brown Sugar: 1/4 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar: 1/4 cup
- Smoked Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by rinsing under cold water and patting dry. Trim off any visible fat.
- Mix the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place chopped onion and minced garlic at the bottom.
