Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Prepare your cooking equipment: a medium saucepan and an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate by placing the saucepan over low heat and adding the sweetened condensed milk, dark chocolate chips, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
