  • Shrimp: 1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp
  • Rice: 1 cup of uncooked long-grain white rice
  • Bell Peppers: 1 cup of diced red and yellow bell peppers
  • Onion: A medium diced onion
  • Garlic: 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • Cream: 1 cup of heavy cream
  • Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Breadcrumbs: 1 cup for topping
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the shrimp by thawing and drying them.
  2. Cook the rice in a medium saucepan with water and salt.
  3. Sauté the onion and bell peppers in olive oil until soft, then add garlic.
  4. Combine cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, shrimp, cream, half of the cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
