Ingredients
- Shrimp: 1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp
- Rice: 1 cup of uncooked long-grain white rice
- Bell Peppers: 1 cup of diced red and yellow bell peppers
- Onion: A medium diced onion
- Garlic: 3 cloves of minced garlic
- Cream: 1 cup of heavy cream
- Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup for topping
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt and Pepper: To taste
Instructions
- Prep the shrimp by thawing and drying them.
- Cook the rice in a medium saucepan with water and salt.
- Sauté the onion and bell peppers in olive oil until soft, then add garlic.
- Combine cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, shrimp, cream, half of the cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
