Ingredients

- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to coat evenly.
- Let the slaw sit for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
