  • Zest of 2 lemons

For the lemon drizzle:

  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, whisk together the semolina, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and lemon zest.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Add the yogurt and oil, mixing well.
  4. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased and lined 8-inch round cake pan and smooth the surface.
