Description
A colorful and fun dessert that resembles sea glass.
Ingredients

- 2 cups clear gelatin
- 1 cup blue raspberry gelatin
- 1 cup green apple gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the clear gelatin according to package instructions using boiling water.
- Pour into a square dish and refrigerate until firm.
- Prepare blue raspberry gelatin using the same method and let it cool slightly.
- Pour blue raspberry gelatin over the firm clear gelatin and refrigerate again.
- Repeat with green apple gelatin, layering it on top of the blue raspberry layer.
- Once all layers are set, cut into small pieces to resemble sea glass.
Notes
- Use food coloring for more vibrant layers.
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
