  • 1 can (4 oz or 113 g) diced green chilies
  • 12 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking it into smaller pieces.
  2. Add softened cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and combined with the sausage.
  3. Gradually stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted, then add diced tomatoes, green chilies, and jalapeños.
  4. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, stirring thoroughly. Cook on low heat for an additional 5-10 minutes.
