- 1 can (14.5 oz or 410 g) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (4 oz or 113 g) diced green chilies
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking it into smaller pieces.
- Add softened cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and combined with the sausage.
- Gradually stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted, then add diced tomatoes, green chilies, and jalapeños.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, stirring thoroughly. Cook on low heat for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
