- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs

- 1 ½ cups shredded coconut, toasted
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

- ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Additional toasted coconut for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the crust mixture by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar and mix until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in vanilla extract. Fold in toasted coconut and chocolate chips.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake the cheesecake for 55-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an hour.
- After cooling, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and melted chocolate, and sprinkle with additional toasted coconut.
