  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Salted caramel sauce: ½ cup (120 ml), plus extra for drizzling
  • Sea salt: for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tart crust by mixing flour, sugar, and salt, then adding butter until crumbly. Add ice water to form a dough, wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
