- 4 corn tortillas, cut into strips
- 1 avocado, diced

Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Prepare the base by combining tomatillos, jalapeños, garlic, onion, and salt in a pot with water. Boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain and blend the mixture with cilantro and lime juice until smooth.
- Cut corn tortillas into strips and fry in olive oil until golden and crispy.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil, add the blended tomatillo mixture, and cook for 5 minutes. Then add chicken broth and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
