Description
A refreshing and tropical Rum Cocktail made with light and dark rum, citrus juices, orgeat syrup, and garnished with mint and fruit. Perfect for summer gatherings or relaxing evenings.

- 1 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
- 1/2 oz orange curaçao liqueur
- 1/2 oz agave nectar
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Mint sprig for garnish
- Orange and cherry skewer for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools, including a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, ice, and a strainer.
- Pour the light rum, dark rum, orgeat syrup, orange curaçao, agave nectar, and lime juice into the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange and cherry skewer. Serve immediately.

- Use fresh lime juice for better flavor.
- Chill your glass before serving to keep the cocktail colder longer.
- You can substitute agave nectar with honey or simple syrup.
