Description

Roasted garlic parmesan butter potatoes are a delightful side dish that combines the sweetness of roasted baby potatoes with the rich flavors of garlic, butter, and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • Baby Potatoes: 1 kg (about 2 lbs)
  • Garlic: 6 cloves, minced
  • Unsalted Butter: 100 g (about 7 tablespoons)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese: 100 g (about 1 cup)
  • Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat and add the minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the washed baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then toss to coat.
  4. Pour the melted garlic butter over the seasoned potatoes and toss again.
  5. Spread the coated potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
