Description

Roasted cauliflower steaks are thick slices of cauliflower seasoned and cooked until tender and golden brown, served with a flavorful garlic herb sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem. Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Place the steaks on a baking sheet, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast the cauliflower steaks for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, parsley, thyme, lemon juice, and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil to make the garlic herb sauce.
  6. Once roasted, drizzle the garlic herb sauce over the steaks and serve warm.
