  • Fresh carrots: 1 lb (about 450 grams), peeled and cut into sticks.
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons.
  • Maple syrup: 2 tablespoons.
  • Tahini: 3 tablespoons.
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon (freshly squeezed).
  • Garlic: 1 clove, minced.
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon.
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Fresh parsley: for garnish (optional).

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the fresh carrots and cut them into sticks, about 1/2 inch thick.
