Instructions
- Select firm potatoes without blemishes.
- Wash the potatoes under cold running water and scrub away dirt.
- Slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Soak the potato slices in cold water for about 30 minutes (optional).
- Season the potato slices with olive oil and sea salt in a mixing bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet before serving or storing.
