- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the gelatin by blooming it in cold water.
- Combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a saucepan.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently until warm.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm mixture and whisk until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into dessert cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
