  • Powdered sugar: 1 cup (120 g)
  • Pumpkin puree: 2 tablespoons
  • Pumpkin spice: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: for sprinkling on top

Instructions

  1. Prepare the almond flour mixture by sifting together almond flour, powdered sugar, and pumpkin spice.
  2. Make the meringue by beating aged egg whites with a pinch of salt, gradually adding granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
