Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, orange zest, vanilla extract, and eggs, whisking until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the blondies cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
