- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, mix creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled pretzel crust and smooth the top.
- Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, then drizzle over the pie.
- Garnish with crushed pretzels and chocolate shavings, slice, and serve.
