  • Fresh mozzarella cheese: 8 ounces, sliced
  • Mushrooms: 1 cup, sliced (such as cremini or button)
  • Truffle oil: 2 tablespoons, plus extra for drizzling
  • Fresh basil leaves: For garnish
  • Sea salt: To taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing warm water, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
