- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in chopped pistachios evenly.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are firm and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
