A delicious and filling dish that combines all the flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak in a bowl.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until soft.
- Add ribeye steak to the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until steak is browned and cooked through.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls.
- Top rice with steak and vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle provolone cheese on top.
- Broil in the oven until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like mushrooms or jalapeños.
- Use a different type of cheese if preferred.
