  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bundt pan and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla.
  6. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Pour batter over the pecans in the bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
