Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup of corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, milk, and cream. Let it soak for 15 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, vanilla, corn syrup, and salt until smooth.
  4. Mix the egg mixture into the soaked bread mixture.
