  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Milk: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Butter: 1/4 cup (60 grams), melted
  • Powdered sugar: for dusting

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the ripe pears, then set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, ground cardamom, baking powder, and granulated sugar, and whisk together.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and melted butter, mixing until well combined.
