- 2 cups whipped cream (for topping)
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream, keeping the mixture light and airy.
- Once the crust is cooled, fill it with the peanut butter mixture. Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once set, top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and crushed peanuts if desired. Slice and serve.

- Ensure the pie crust is completely cooled before adding the filling.
- Use a thick peanut butter variety to avoid excess oil.
- For a richer taste, mix smooth and crunchy peanut butter.
