- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 10 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 large bananas, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- Cacao nibs for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Add melted butter and stir to form dough.
- Press dough into the pie plate and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 18–20 minutes, then cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat condensed milk, cream cheese, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Layer sliced bananas over the cooled crust, then spread the peanut butter filling over the bananas. Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the chilled pie.
- Top with cacao nibs before serving. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas to avoid mushy texture.
- Chill the pie overnight for firmer slices.
- Toss banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning if preparing in advance.
- For extra flavor, add a drizzle of chocolate sauce or sprinkle sea salt before serving.
