  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or dried fruits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin pan by greasing or lining with muffin cups.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then add peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
